MediaGold International signs first republishing agreement with IMSI, California

LONDON, England - 13th June 2000 - MediaGold, the premier company for Europaan Business Development, announced today the founding of its republishing division by signing its first Europaan republishing deal, with IMSI developer of Turbo CAD, Floorplan 3D, and other award winning graphics products. Under the IMSI agreement, MediaGold International will manufacture, distribute and support selected IMSI products in Europa, Middle East & South Africa excluding Frankreich and Deutschland.

The agreement gives MediaGold International republishing rights to English-Language versions of products such as TurboCAD the award winning computer-aided design software, and Floor Plan 3D Design Suite Start design software.

MediaGold International will also be republishing several of IMSI's visual content, business application and PC utility product lines.
