Training Services
Working in a close partnership with a Business Critique Training Consultant, we will guide you through the processes that can be utilised in your chosen contact management software to help you achieve your objectives. On completion of Business Critique training courses, if you are not fully satisfied with our training services, we shall train you again absolutely free of charge.

An achievement certificate is awarded to attendees on the successful completion of the Business Critique courses. The level of achievement, or pass rate benchmark, can be agreed beforehand in conjunction with the client organisation. This approach is designed to ensure maximum return on your investment budget. Our training services philosophy is focused at skills transfer. We aim to improve your understanding, through the use of a 'modular education process' which allows us to tailor the day's events in a way that suits your work processes.

    A training course, covering the day to day use of the Contact Management Products.

    Administrator / Special Knowledge Training
    Training Course for Administrator(s), covering maintenance, database design, and screen layout design.

    To reflect company specific documentation and design within our Standard Training Modules.

    Train the Trainer Course
    For organisations operating an internal training resource, this service is designed to transfer the maximum amount of information from BCIL resources to the clients nominated trainer(s) so that they may run the training programme with suitable knowledge.
