In this template I've reduced the size of the images on the left by half (to 150 pixels wide by 115 pixels tall keeping the resize ratio the same as in the original image) these images are still being served by your web server - I've just reduced them in the HTML code, physically resizing them and loading them to your web server will mean that they display more quickly in the recipients email application. I've also removed the bottom image - which I think gives a much better balance to the page. But this obviously depends on how much text you are going to include in your newsletter.

This is just one page that is sitting on my server (for demonstration purposes, all of the text formatting is done in the page, with the graphics coming from your web server.
Also on this page I've changed the images for Who, What and Want (below) to be the solid rather than 'dancing' dots - which I think detracts from the page.
Note: it looks like these images on the left have been indented, but this is due to them having a white border left and right.
