This template is as I believe as you requested, the creative design, direct marketing etc across the top and the images down the left hand side. I think that these images are too large and there are too many, so in the next visual I've reduced them in size and quantity.

This is just one page that is sitting on my server (for demonstration purposes, all of the text formatting is done in the page, with the graphics coming from your web server.

Note: it looks like these images have been indented, but this is due to them having a white border left and right.
